Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in Malta and Gozo.

Delivery options and charges

  • Orders over €500: free delivery. Standard delivery (3 to 5 days) is free, or you can pick up from our showroom free of charge.
  • Orders under €500: standard delivery (3 to 5 days) is €6, or you can pick up from our showroom free of charge.

When you pick up from our showroom, we will contact you when your order is ready to collect. Your delivery options and any charge are shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times

Items in stock locally are usually delivered within 3 to 5 days, and we will contact you to agree a delivery slot. Pre-order and made-to-order items are delivered within the estimated lead time shown on the product page or confirmed in your quotation. Lead times are estimates from our manufacturers, and we will keep you updated if anything changes.

On the day

Please make sure there is clear access for the items to be delivered, and let us know in advance about any narrow stairs, lifts or doorways. Please inspect the goods on delivery and report any visible damage as soon as possible. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Assembly

Products are delivered in their packaging unless agreed otherwise. Assembly can be arranged on request at an additional charge; please contact info@domestica.com.mt.

Returns

Returns are brought to our showroom, in the original box and with your invoice. Returns and refunds are handled on Wednesdays and Thursdays, 10:00 to 13:00. See our Return and Refund Policy for full details.
